Jill Collins Williams, MS, SPHR is a founding partner in the firm. Passionate about creating exceptional and dynamic Human Resources for every organization, she is responsible for development and delivery of HR programs and services.

Developing and maintaining the integrity of HR is accomplished by delivering consistently excellent programs and services. Jill has had extensive experience with entrepreneurial organizations, large global corporations and many small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits.
Jill holds an MS in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from HRIC (Human Resources Certification Institute). Jill is a member of the adjunct faculty at Golden Gate University and works with the Taproot Foundation and her firm to provide pro bono HR services in the Bay Area. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Marin Abused Womens Services (MAWS) and serves as co-chair for the Women For Success Committee with the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce.
As a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, financial operations, and strategic planning for start-ups and mid-size companies Maisha bring a wealth of "best practices" to COR-Alliance. Effective in diverse environments ranging from consumer products/franchising to education management ahe has extensive expertise in building financial infrastructure and process improvement. Maisha thrives in fast-paced environment with a positive mission.
Her specialities include planning and forecasting, setting up accounting policies and procedures and assisting clients in their selection and implementation of accounting and finance software.
Maisha holds an undergraduate degree from University of California at Berkeley, and holds California CPA licensure.
